This Needs to be Fixed

It can be a good app. It has a decent amount of mangas and is easy to navigate. But it never properly works. I can never even make it into the app to read, I’m always stuck with the Crunchyroll logo and the screen saying “Authenticating...”. I assure you that my app is up to date too. I had eventually given up on the app and came back, after months of not using it, to see if the problem was fixed, it was not. I’m still stuck on the same screen. Crunchyroll, if you want people to use and enjoy this app, I advise you to fix the problem. Because I’ve had enough of this.

Only possible complaint is number of tittles. If they had some more larger IPs like Berserk or Dragon Ball, this could be a flagship.

I love the app dearly, however I would like there to be more major hits available such as seraph of the end and other series and so I wish to see more variety of manga

It loads the crunchy roll anime app just fine, along with my other apps so it’s not my internet. It just stays stuck at the loading screen for a long time and won’t load anything. Please fix. It’s been this way for a while and it’s annoying.

I love the content that they offer, but the service is rather unreliable. Today it’s choking on initial auth. In the past it’s had issues mapping chapter links to their assets. I’ve also had issues with it not recognizing my premium status.
Free users can’t use this

This app has a very small library, though I expect it to grow in the future. The problem is that only like 1 chapter for each manga is available to free users. Please fix this because it would be a great help to free users.
App is broken

App is not displaying any cover art and most pages are also not being displayed. Tried to contact crunchyroll support but i get an error every time I try to send it. So the app doesn’t work and the way to report an issue also doesn’t work. Not too impressed with this company.
Can’t even sign up!

I just downloaded the app and I can’t even look up manga or anything because it says I need a account, alright fair enough. However when I go to make an account it says SERVER ERROR! I tried again and again by exiting it out of the app and reloading it and even deleted the app to download it again. It still didn’t work! I guess I’ll stick to my Manga Rock ?
