App gets stuck on authenticating even after closed and re opened. Great when it works, but both their ups glitch up so often.

Crunchyroll is an incredible service in general, but this manga app has made me into a fan of manga whereas before I knew only of anime. Very impressed with Crunchyroll and the services and apps they have made for such a low subscription cost.

Just wow I can’t do anything with this app it’s broken. Once u open the app you cannot read anything without a Crunchyroll account and if u try to create a account it either say “Your IP is banned or incorrect login” It was quite disappointing I tried many things to create an account but it doesn’t work.

The app I think is an awesome way to read manga but the thing thag makes this app trash is the all the connection issues and lack of content

Works fine until I power off my ipad, then it needs a fresh install to work again or it gets stuck on the authenticating screen. Since this is a service I pay money for I expect a lot more from it than this.

I open the app it says authenticating and it is stuck like that. Never got to go beyond that.

The app for Apple always has issues that has never been resolved no matter how many patch updates. Either won’t load at all or will close out after logging in. Makes it worse that I’m paying monthly to use this cruddy app.

I would give no star if I could. What's the point of getting funds taken out every month for something that doesn't even load?? Canceling my subscription and telling all my followers about my bad experience.
