Anyone who has to create mailing lists already has a formidable task ahead of them. MailChimp makes it easy to send, analyze and monitor campaigns.
Terrible WIZIWIG in App!!!

I can’t believe this has so many good reviews. It’s very difficult to create/edit emails in the app. If you click to edit the content - it doesn’t allow the option to add images, add hyperlinks, etc. You can click in ‘style’ to edit font size and type, but it doesn’t work, it just freezes. I don’t understand why I have to click style to access different WIZWIG options, they should all be available at the top similar to the desktop WIZWIG. Please redesign!

They’ve limited so many of the original functions. Things as small as an email template. Seems petty.
Resend to non-openers

Just got the Mailchimp mobile app and used it to resend a campaign to non-openers. Very simple and easy to do. Delighted.

Willing to update the review and score but seriously needs work. Not sure what this experience is like average business owner but for an experienced designer and copywriter the app needs a big overhaul. MailChimp should resize logos / photos otherwise you’ll have to use a image resizer. Cannot change content copy, headings, subs, paragraph to h1, h2, h3. Recommend making your emails on their desktop app otherwise you’ll be frustrated as we are, and a good UX means frustration free.
