What's going on with this wheel of fortune? I love this game and I will give 5 stars when fixed. Spins but there's no prize and this has been happening for a couple of weeks now. Please fix this issue.

I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years so I obviously love this game but since the last update a few weeks ago there are SO many issues. Not the least of which is that whenever I open the game to play it starts me back to where I was when all the trouble started, never saving my progress. There’s only so many times I can play the exact same games over and over before true frustration. When I first contacted support they seemed like they were keen to help but now all communication from their side has stopped. I’ve sent several times, pleading for assistance. The last few times simply asking how to reset or restart the game, can I save progress by deleting and reinstalling? After weeks of this, why won’t you acknowledge my communications?

I was searching for a new mahjong game and this looked cute...so I downloaded. When I opened it, it welcomed me back and I was on level 5. Apparently I downloaded this game prior and deleted it. Now I know why I deleted it...because it crashes and then you can’t reopen. So here I am stuck at a whopping level five, and the game will not load. The progress bar gets about 1/20 of the way and it just crashes. So if the developers actually read this, please do not ask me to click the gear and contact you through help...because the game will not open.
