Communication Please! – Mahjong Treasure Quest Review

I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years so I obviously love this game but since the last update a few weeks ago there are SO many issues. Not the least of which is that whenever I open the game to play it starts me back to where I was when all the trouble started, never saving my progress. There’s only so many times I can play the exact same games over and over before true frustration. When I first contacted support they seemed like they were keen to help but now all communication from their side has stopped. I’ve sent several times, pleading for assistance. The last few times simply asking how to reset or restart the game, can I save progress by deleting and reinstalling? After weeks of this, why won’t you acknowledge my communications?
