please help me!!!

I downloaded the app with the code but I can’t find the device on it ?? what do i do? bluetooth + wifi are on, connection of lights are stable. I really want to connect it):

So I got these lights because of tik tok, and I’ve had them for almost six months now. I LOVE THEM. The app is so easy to use, when I want to go to bed I can just use my phone which I’m already one. I really only use the app to change the color. I have not tried the music or sports mode yet, and I have no interest. Side note, the lights and adhesive do not stay up long at least for me; I have them at the top of my wall. The app sometimes is a bit funky at times, but other than that, the lights connect immediately with the app, and the color changes as soon as I choose which color I want on the app. Very recommended.

It does the basics. I don’t understand what the button with a moon with the stars on it does (Magic Strip id love for you to lmk). The lights connect to music but only if you’re basically recording the music, does not work with Spotify or music apps other than Apple Music. I would really like this app A LOT more if it had a set timer for the lights. Like 5, 10, or 15 minutes and then the lights would automatically go off. I’d also be nice if you could set a time you wanted the lights to automatically come on.

I can’t get the loop color to even show up on my screen like it shows in the App Store pictures if anyone know how to get that to work let me know

I love the lights but I wish that you could make your own modes, I was wondering if that could be a thing in the next update.

the lights work good i’ve had them for about 4 months the only issue is that the music part won’t let me play my music because of copyright and so i only can play the two default songs

If you could somehow connect to your apple music that'd be cool. Besides that it works fine.

There cool I guess but I got the lights to connect my music to them on iTunes but you can’t it literally doesn’t work just plays jingle bells and there is not very many color options like on the custom color thing all the colors look the same. please make the music option compatible with apple music

Phone can’t connect

Tried it on three phones and it will not connect to Bluetooth even though it’s turned on. App is useless
