Won’t connect

The app will not connect to my Bluetooth. I have tried to refresh it multiple times and scan multiple times on my Bluetooth. This app is a waste of time!

i bought these before and loved using this app to help me, but my lights broke and i can’t find the same ones! someone please help me find these lights again!

I got these light for my birthday around 2 years ago and I try to use my phone because the controller isn’t working all too well but the app does not let me connect to the light unless the lights are unplugged from the power plugin is there any way to fix this please help

Please make a RGR or a GRG gradient preset for the holidays. I’m sure many others feel this way too. Or make a setting where you can make your own gradient changes. Thank you for reading :)
Works well but minor problems

I received these lights for Christmas a year ago and they have worked fine for the most part. Some of the bulbs don’t work or don’t display certain colors but it isn’t that big of an issue. I bought two light strips so it would go along the entirety of my wall. The remotes stopped working after a few months but it wasn’t an issue because I downloaded the app. One of my sensors fried and stopped working so we had to get a replacement. The replacement sensor box does not connect with the new app. I am currently redownloading the app to see if refreshing it will help. It isn’t a problem with the sensor considering both my sisters and my brothers remote works for it so it must be something with the app or the bluetooth. Keep this in mind if/when you get a replacement. Bummer that only one side works now :(
Just doesn’t work at all

My phone will not recognize the strip. I checked to make sure my Bluetooth works and it does. But from what I’ve read, there isn’t much reason to have it on my phone as long as I have the remote
