lights aren’t synchronized

please help me, the app says both devices are connected however the colors don’t synchronize with the two strip lights of LED and the colors in the range of red and pink and white don’t seem to work either. let me know how i can fix this because i’ve checked all connections and they’re good.

Your app is great, I use it to control my strip lights in my room and in the basement. It’s great. But to make it even better, I recommend adding Red, Green, and Blue 0-100% sliders. That would make it easier to mix colors together. It’s a little hard to get a specific color (like orange) with the HSV picker. So next time you update, put this into consideration! Here’s what the menu could look like Use sliders to reach desired color: Red 0 ——————100 Green 0—————100 Blue 0——————100

i was really looking forward to these lights so i could play music and have the light change to the music. unfortunately you can only use the music that is in the app. the music is horrible. i got these for my birthday and i wish i could have sync the music up. i connect my itunes music to ur but it doesnt show anything to play. please update your app. thank you :)
Good but what happened

It was perfect but ever since a month ago, it seems like there are less controls now. I don't know if it was an update but i cannot lower the brightness anymore with the app.

This product is cool and works just as it says but PLEASE make it compatible with Apple Music and apps like Spotify, SoundCloud and YouTube. Everything else is perfect.

So the crappy music it comes with works fine but it only pulled over 2 songs from iTunes, and neither one play, any help?

the lights worked fine but after I unplugged them the remote or my phone wouldn’t work with them and now I have to buy a whole new set of lights which is stupid

Seven color flash

Can you guys add a future where I can make the LED strips flash 7 colors? That would be fantastic. Because that’s the only one thing that I need in this app!
