App doesn’t work

The lights are great but the app is useless. I even have wi-fi and blue tooth on. It connects then disconnects. Never stays connected. Thank goodness it came with a remote.

The only complaint I have is with the music setting only lets you play the music with the white light so it’s really bright but other than that they work really well

These do not work when I plugged them into the wall the only color that came on was green I tried the remote to change it but did not work then I got the app and it dident work either so I don’t know how to work them

The lights and the app work fine and function as they say they do other then music, I’ve tried both an android phone with google play and my iPhone trying to play music that isn’t twinkle twinkle little star but both have yet to work. I recommend this if you don’t care much about the music. If the music is fixed it’ll change to five stars

I like the app but a few things

I love the app and how it works with the lights, makes everything so much nicer in my bedroom. There are a few things I wish the app did: - Music worked for other platforms besides Apple Music such as Spotify, SoundCloud, and YouTube. - Custom Gradient, Strobe, Breath, and Flashing modes such as combinations of as many colors wanted and speed. Mainly what would make the app better is if there was an upgrade that gave you the option to use other platforms of music and make your own personally designed light show! Hopefully soon you guys can make these updates I think not only will I enjoy thing but the rest of the owners of these light will too!

The main reason I bought their product was because I wanted to play my music and have the lights sync to it. I downloaded the app and I had troubles connecting to the lights but that was simply solved. Although I would recommend better and more helpful instruction in the package. Everything else on the app works great. However, the music part might need to be reviewed over by the developers. My iTunes music is there but, every time I try to play a song the app crashes. The music that comes with the app does work. I imagine it can be something to easily fix. Overall, it doesn’t alter my opinion on the product. The lights work great and the color options along with the dimming works good. Hopefully in the future the app can be worked on a bit more to enjoy the full effect.

Why does one of my lights not work

I bought two led strips and I played with the app but when I try to connect both of them only one of my strips will connect my other one just sits there and changes multicolor I hope the owners of this App can fix it but for now I just have see a Flashing color light
