Outstanding! Had planned to take the Philips Hue Lights back to the Apple Store. Instead, purchased another starter pack. Simple setup. This Ap is what Philips should have delivered to begin with. Gives you ultimate control of individual bulbs, color and hue. Looking forward to when timers are added.

This app is better than Hue Disco when it comes to the lights really going well with your music, but it could use an interface overhaul when it comes to the general usability of changing lights manually and other basic tasks.

I've been waiting for an app with more functionality for the hue and this was way more than I was expecting from the first 3rd party hue app I've found. Great job!

Works pretty well on my Iphone. Simple. Not too many bells and whistles but can be fun. I would give it more stars but it causes really bad audio feedback on my Ipad2.

A useful app if you are looking to add disco type flashing of you Hue lights that change to the music. My daughter loves it. Wife not so much.
Freezes iPad less with update

New version out. Updated rating just because the programmers are listening. Will update again once I've tested it against my system with 25+ bulbs. Updated: app works better with revision. It still goes berserk if more than 8 bulbs are activated. Keep in tweaking and the rate will increase! Still very cool app.

This is one of four Hue apps I've tried. The others are fine. I've not a clue how this one works. I looked at the video. But it too is unfathomable. Random and numerous gestures have no effect. The app quickly freezes and I'm forced to exit. I'm running 15 lights, and maybe that's too many for this app? ***************** Newer version is worse. No noticable improvements and now when it freezes my iPad 2 becomes completely disabled and a reboot is necessary.
Constant Crashing

I really love the disco effect, but the latest version keeps constantly crashing. I've run on both a 4S and iPad 3 and it crashes after about 2 minutes running in disco mode.
