Not What You Are Looking For

This app looks, feels and runs like that moped in the back years you have been meaning to fix up for years. One has to wonder if the devs have ever actually used this app to control a set of HUE lights.

Love it! Great design! Easy to use! Would love to see a strobe button (you can strobe lights individually) that has a few preset and custom strobe w/ color function. Please keep updating and improving!!
No manual turn off.

I can't seem to find a good way to turn off completely. And when I think I have done it and then open my Philips Hue it goe right back to Disco. Where's the off switch.

I give two stars for trying but this should be less than free. I should get paid to download this thing it's bad,Poorly written and the documentation stinks. The layout buttons and interface is embarrassing.
It's young, but just the start

Turntablist and Visualist. This app supports one layer of my on stage design. More flexibility and cool over lights would be a great addition, as well as less crashes. I defiantly had to practice using the app because there are some communication issues between MagicHue and Hue App, but one knows how to quit apps fast, then there are really little problems. I plan on sending you a video to quiet some naysayers. Keep expanding and updating, this has a lot of potential!

To get the full effects You gotta understand how this thing operates : slide each "dot" (each corresponds to an individual light) to a "color line" the color lines are constantly flowing moving left to right.. I like to put each dot next to eachother in the same order they are in the room so colors flow around the room .., ex: first light will be blue, as that light changes the next turns blue and the third will be blue next etc so the color will move around the room from one light to another - you gotta put "mic sensitivity" down to zero - nothing - so it Doesent jump at every sound -- very good app ..

Some decent options, but it crashes after running for a few minutes or with several lights.

Crashes every few minutes since update to Hue hub. Useless until updated. V 1.2 does not work for more than a few minutes before crashing. Do not buy until updated.
Better than Philips app

Good start. New version constantly crashes after 2 mins. Last review i gave 3* and asked for improvement instead now crashes. Need more features like strobe, ability to play music on same devise, timers, color changing according to type of instrument. Will give 5 * on next update with improvement.
