Can’t support a game that steals and doesn’t appreciate a player that’s been playing for over 2 years while spending money in game. They don’t appreciate anyone. Wrote support and they could not help me at all. Keep taking peoples money!

I have been playing this game for a while. Please take my advice and don’t spend any money. Customer service is non existent. The game has lots of bugs and it is only a matter a time before you are effected by one. I have written to customer service numerous times and receive lame patronizing responses such as “ Dear, don’t be discouraged try harder”. This game had potential but is plagued by bugs and no customer support. Unfortunately this seems to be a trend with Elex games. OdinFreya

***DO NOT DOWNLOAD*** This game is complete rip off. Even though it says free it is not. There is no way you can compete against a pay player. You'll only find yourselves being a farm for the pay player. If you do pay for the game, extremely expensive, you have to spend tens of thousands to compete with others. And he game will put hidden Dev players who can get diamond at a fraction of what you pay to push players to spend more to keep in the top spot. Many have quit due to that and dispute their charges. And every so often game will update to introduce new content for you to spend, never free, or heroes to buy that completely over power every hero you have.
What's the point?

It was a pretty fun game while it lasted, but c'mon, why would you make it to where someone can just keep re-declaring war on someone else? I don't want to play this game anymore if I have to keep using all of my resources to evade war with some jerk who's a way higher level than me. It's really terrible that you can just bully other players like that just because you've been playing longer than they have or you bought some things in the game with real money.
Developers don't listen

I have screenshots of friends who know developers and said they WONT awaken heroes like MIRA. If they do awaken it'll be with a useless skill. They only care about money now, selfish and ignorant people of Moonton and Elex. If you plan on downloading this because it's "Free" then don't waste your time. It's a ripoff.

I was playing the game for hours and I didn't have any problem, then I closed the app and now I can't play to game anymore, it just stuck in the loading page
