Customer No Service – Magic Rush: Heroes Review

I have been playing this game for a while. Please take my advice and don’t spend any money. Customer service is non existent. The game has lots of bugs and it is only a matter a time before you are effected by one. I have written to customer service numerous times and receive lame patronizing responses such as “ Dear, don’t be discouraged try harder”. This game had potential but is plagued by bugs and no customer support. Unfortunately this seems to be a trend with Elex games. OdinFreya
