Hi, I spent diamonds to win rank 1 for the star soul event but then I got no rewards. I screen shot my spending during the event and the ranking. My name wasn’t on the ranking which is weird. But you’ll see clearly I beat everyone on the event. I even spent so much diamonds just to get better rewards. It took 2 weeks and gave me a 1 day ship?!?! After spending so much you’re telling me I got the one day ship? Number 1 rank will have the 15 days I think. I have proof and everything but customer service wasn’t really helpful. They didn’t care at all. They just want your money and tell you that’s what on their system. Which is a lie. Deleting the app. New updates makes you spend money to catch up if not there’s no point of playing the game. Just a heads up. Played this game for 3 years.

Magic Wheel and legendary heroes.

The magic wheel is a scam to steal diamonds from players. Here’s why; when a player spends diamond in the magic wheel they are usually aiming for legendary heroes because the rates say you have a 0,5% chance of getting it (which is a lie btw). The only way of getting a new legendary hero the magic wheel is to spin 500 hundred times which is an absurd because it’s a total of 50,000 diamonds, or 24,000 spinning 30 times for 8 days on the same magic wheel. You’ll not get a legendary hero otherwise because the wheel rates are fake. Diamonds are not easy to get and would take more than a year for the avarage player to get enough just to spend with one hero. The legendary heroes are overpowered and you’ll not get them unless you spend a good amount of many in the game. There are only 2 free legendaries(out of 28) that have been free since the beginning of the game (which is years ago) and since then no legendaries have been made free to get. I’m not saying that all legendaries should be free. I am just saying that they should should cost less, or they should make 2 or 3 legendaries new legendaries that we are able to collect the soul stones like Gerber and Thanos. Sorry for the essay (and my broken English) If you’re reading until here please send this message to the game developers. <3

you can never keep up if you refuse to spend a large amount in this game. the constant bullying of the major powerhouse of alliances packed with big spenders left you no choice but to 1) spend to compete 2) watch your castle burn daily 3) simple delete the game since you can’t transfer server. the amount of toxicity is beyond any other games out there, i’m in a server where the biggest alliance will start a war with anyone simply because they don’t like what we said, even if it was to defend ourselves or ask them to keep peace. stay away from this game unless you want to look at it 247 and hoping your city is no on fire.

Very great game with lots of things to do, but is very pay to win with not just getting good but with holding ground and such

I get randomly kicked off my game because it says “my account is being logged in somewhere else” and it never is. This happens pretty often and no one ever tampers with my game so I know no one is hacking into it, also In the dungeon I’ll go to revive a player that died and I randomly revive a hero that never died and it’s definitely a glitch. Please fix these things I love this game and these two things are the only things that tick me off about playing it. Fantastic game I’ve been loyal from the begging and haven’t missed a login I’m at 168. Last things I’ll add is higher medal rewards and badges on your profile for being logged in longer than 30 day. You should have a loyalty reward system for logging on a full year. Thanks for making a great game though It’s a blast!
