Bad customer service – Magic Rush: Heroes Review

Hi, I spent diamonds to win rank 1 for the star soul event but then I got no rewards. I screen shot my spending during the event and the ranking. My name wasn’t on the ranking which is weird. But you’ll see clearly I beat everyone on the event. I even spent so much diamonds just to get better rewards. It took 2 weeks and gave me a 1 day ship?!?! After spending so much you’re telling me I got the one day ship? Number 1 rank will have the 15 days I think. I have proof and everything but customer service wasn’t really helpful. They didn’t care at all. They just want your money and tell you that’s what on their system. Which is a lie. Deleting the app. New updates makes you spend money to catch up if not there’s no point of playing the game. Just a heads up. Played this game for 3 years.
