Glitches constantly

I just started playing this game and it is super fun! Though this week has been glitching out every day and every time I start the app. It is very frustrating, please fix this issue!

The game is fun when it works, but it crashes way to much. It just crashed 12 times in 3 mins. If that wasn't bad enough when it crashs while in a battle you auto lose the fight. Unfortunately I will be uninstalling.

It seems like there is always something glitching on this game. Right now, when you win an event the game errors out & doesn’t count your win. Fix your issues. Also canceling my VIP plan. This game isn’t worth the money if it’s going to error out or be down for days at a time. EDIT: And now my game has defaulted back to the very beginning. I’ve lost ALL of my planeswalkers & all of my cards. This game is absolute TRASH.

App is a buggy mess and wants your $$$

Total trash. Can’t even play past the “tap to claim your rewards screen.” I’d write more but app not worth the time.

Look I get you are trying to get a game to appeal to a younger generation, that being said you need to fix the computer battles. I have been playing it for a few days now and first off I get more spell cards than creatures. Second it seems like the computer opponents get all the cards it needs every time and then match what it needs when it needs it and then decimates my character.

Long story short. I had a VIP account and after June and so glitches with the application my VIP benefits went away. I decided to cancel my VIP sub but after a week I decided to resubmit. All my VIP previous benefits (extra decks and weekly perks) for July after First week went a way and never came back. I followed trouble ticket process and got an ticket resolved message with nothing on my account resolved. Rip off by the definition of Rip off.

Just had an AI play 18 cards with 2 cards in their hand. On turn two went from having nothing out on turn one to having 3 creatures the smallest of which was 14/10 on turn two. Don’t bother. It’s p2w with the worst possible programming.

The %s for packs are no accurate

I’ve counted 30+ packs now in a row (not the 3 card free boosters) but the 5 card boosters you often win from reaching certain scores in events. Not a single rare for 30+ packs in a row. The % for rares in these packs is advertised at over 23%. You would think after 30 straight packs you’d get at least a few rares...nothing. I’m starting to think they will only give you rares or better if you buy them with in game currency or real $.

For at least a year, my account is frozen. I delete the game after trying to get past the vault screen, and then download and try again. Monthly. When I open the app, it takes a few minutes to load data. Once loaded, it brings me to a pop up screen saying I can collect a vault reward for completing the tutorial, forces me to enter the vault screen, and then says for me to hit claim on my rewards...there is a bouncing arrow over an empty box with dashed outlines. There is no box or words within the outline. I have tapped every millimeter of my screen to avoid entering the vault from the pop up as well as within the vault pop up. If I could only claim my prize, then I could use the UI. As it stands, I am locked out of the UI being forced into a dead end popup for the vault. I am tired of redownloading this game over and over again to see if this has been fixed. It appears there have been many updates on this game, so it must just be my account and bad luck. I can’t find mention of this bug in the app support or reviews. Unfortunately, I’ll download this game next month and rebuild my frustration, as I am an avid magic fanatic.
