I have been trying to play this game and it has not opened passed the load screen. I have deleted it and redownloaded it three times now. I really want it to work but it won’t let me....

Was a Great Game till newest update

After the update won’t let me log in through Facebook, Don’t know how to get ahold of support without starting new game. Don’t want to lose the cards I got and the money I spent. Not sure how to rectify It took awhile after the update for the game to get back to playable. Was very slow. I’ll give it another chance and if it slows down than I’m going to stop my vip purchase

This game should be called “our developers are aware of the issues you’ve brought up, and should be fixed in the update, in the meantime why don’t you spend $300 a year on a broken mobile game?” Support for this is pointless. “Try uninstalling, turning off music, closing your other apps”. Really? Three times I have contacted them and the same crap response. I should not have to turn the rest of my phone’s functions off to play your game. But even that doesn’t make it any better. It will still crash and waste your time.

Game was fun now it’s not.

Game used to be apt of fun now with infinite combos and game crashes can’t even make it through a match without the game shutting down. Then they introduced a pay wall something that used to be available for all players now is only accessible to those who pay.

I love it, for some reason when I first downloaded it, it keeps quitting. But as I deleted the game and re-added it. It’s doing better than before. Not perfect but better. It’s very addictive, very addictive. Make it so that the person that doesn’t have to use real money can enjoy it also.

I’m enjoying the new cards that were recently added, but I really wish there were achievements that I could complete to help get some more currency. I’m hoping the game continues to be updated and upgraded because I have noticed a few bugs here and there, but they haven’t been too much of an issue. Edit: when I first started playing I thought the game was just a money grab, but that is because I never played or participated in events and now I have realized that the game is very generous and rewards the free to play players also.

Highly addictive and great game to zone out to but still feel challenged....cuts out on my iPad once in awhile which can be annoying but otherwise one of my favorite app games

Long time fan of mtg card game also video games. This iteration to puzzle is different and fun ! Only downside a lot of in game purchases but fun overall

Lots of potential, terribly mismanaged

There are some solid strengths to this game—its a great idea and it’s interesting to play. They did a really good job with the cooperative competition and there are several thriving communities on third party chat apps. If you like buggy slot machines that take forever to load—you’ll love this game. The bad: It’s slow and buggy and the developer keeps pushing new features that no one wants (or asked for!) instead of making sure that the game is playable. It reflects badly on WotC to lend their name to such sloppy workmanship. Communication is non-existent. The forums are trash; largely ignored by D3GO one can occasionally find meaningful answers to important questions... buried in the third page of replies on an unrelated topic. Support is slow and doesn’t really understand the game which leads to frustrating experiences explaining thing over and over and over again. They somehow managed to eff up completely the paid VIP subscription. Many of us put money into the game so the devs can spend some time fixing bugs and testing the code before they released it... it hasn’t helped. I think they took our money and ran. They will ask you to rate the game every five minute. There is no way to turn it off. So here I am rating your game. Happy now, D3GO?

Since the game began the vip program it has changed the mechanics so much to push you to a monthly subscription that it’s not really fun to play if you don’t want to pay Free cards are the same one over and over again, game play is not fun when your mana colors don’t even come on the board, and the cards you draw don’t work I have played this game for a long time and am at platinum level for each color and now I can barely win a match It was a fun game for a long time but this latest money grab was the last for me
