Five star game if they can fix the server errors which have plagued the game for the last few weeks. I can barely get a match anymore. :(

Good game, but limited playability
Tittu-T2

The game is fairly good, but the amount of rewards you can get is capped on a daily basis. Once you hit the cap, which takes less than an hour, you stop receiving any rewards even if you win and it completely halts your progress in he game.

Great Game

Not my type of MTG game
Capitan Planeta

Maybe I’m missing something here, but I don’t see how the game is brainy or hard. I admit I was really hoping for something closer to the past MTG games I’ve seen before where is actual card gameplay, but this just feels like a weird blitz of tapping cards and less critical thinking. Graphics are great and all that, just unfortunately I might have had very different expectations.

Yet another Clash Royale type game plagued by either very overpowered characters, very underpowered characters, and really expensive in-app purchases. One deck with only two cards can end the game in less than 20 seconds. With just Grave Titan and Wargate your whole planed out match can end within seconds of starting. With numerous attempts to write developers pleading with them to nerf either cards falling on deaf ears. This card combination still remains a pain in most players daily matches. Wargate can send the Grave Titan to your main tower and within 3 to 4 hits destroy it. There is really no counter to this as 9 times out of 10 you have spent your mana trying to attack your opponents first tower. My only real compliment about this game besides the graphics is the fact that they basically give you enough premium in game gems ? to purchase Magic Pass. The downside to this is the rewards aren’t really all that great. They call them season of whatever character their showcasing yet you don’t get this character for purchasing Magic Pass you have to purchase the character separately with coins. Ever since the very first update me as well as a lot if my team members can never seem to get out of level 8. Or whatever they call it. Each new season your rank resets sending you back a level or two but for some odd reason you just can never seem to get past level 8 and if you finally get into 9 you are matched with someone that sends you right back down. I am a long time gamer that believes gaming should be enjoyed by all. Well this isn’t that type of game. Most who enjoy this game are those that can throw endless amounts of money into it. I for one have always seen this type of gaming as a form of well cheating. When I played older games where I could input a cheat code to somehow gain access to better equipment, more resources, and in game boosts well it’s called a cheat code for a reason. Well being able to buy this very thing with money is no different. It’s still a cheat! I understand developers have to make money but it’s ways to make money without giving players a way to basically have an advantage over other players. But the developers know that and just like with the Grave Titan and Wargate; they don’t care. As long as people steadily spend cash in the game they will keep doing much of nothing. The only time game developers fix anything is when players no longer adhere to what they consider normal.

This is the one!!!

I have played magic since I was probably 7... I have spent thousands of dollars on memorabilia from cards, to minis, shirts ect.. I remember playing MTG battle grounds endlessly as a youngster and I have dreamed of the day it would return. Please I cannot stress this enough HASBRO make another battle ground game for the console!!! Xbox preferably or switch!!!

OK until broken at higher level

Uninstalled after losing 3 times in a row by a 2 card move that puts a nearly invincible creature next to you main guardian. It can be placed so that it is partially hidden so that the first couple of times it happens you don’t realize it. When done in the middle of the match you probably won’t have the mana to put your own creatures in play in time. It was happening occasionally and I decided to ignore it, but after 3 matches in a row I don’t see the point in even trying.
