As a photographer, magic hour is beautiful we know that, but we're taught that magic hour is simply the house before sunset and this app shows that isn't true. This app has figured out when exactly the beautiful light is out and how long it will last. Worth it in my opinion to have a little reminder when you should check out your window wherever you are to see the beauty of nature painting on the earth.
Fantastic App, Except For A Couple Things...

This has got to be one of my favorite apps, of all time! However, I keep wishing it would also tell me when Magic Hour is over. Not a problem, not even a big deal. Just would be nice My other issue is that there doesn't seem to be a good way of contacting the developers, except by Twitter, a Blog that doesn't post my messages, or a review here. (If they read any of these.) Still, it's got a permanent place on my short list of favorite apps.

I adore this app. I love that it tells me exactly when magic hour begins & ends (and gives me the duration that it lasts as well). If you're an event photographer, this app is indispensable. The two improvements that would make this app perfect are 1. The ability to see other locations. 2. The ability to look ahead and see when the magic hour is going to be for a particular date. Both of those improvements would make my life as an event photographer so much easier. (It's still an amazing tool, even w/out those upgrades).

Love that this app gives you additional information such as the window gap you have before the actual sunset. I have noticed this to be very accurate. The one thing that sets me off and I would like the developer to consider is that the app is not very pleasing visually. Minor problem but please seriously consider fixing. Otherwise it is better than any other similar app I've seen.

Guys, we all know that as a photographer we obsess over that lovely golden light when we take photos in the early morning and at golden hour. Previously, I have personally tried to judge when the optimal time to shoot was based on purely my own judgement, which would cause me to miss the best moments at times. This app makes it easy to know when that perfect time frame is to shoot. I love it!
