I always wondered how my dog knew when it was time to eat. A documentary suggested that they know from the position of the sun. Now he’s happy and i’m happy he’s happy
Love it. Very accurate . Doesn’t take elevation or hills into account. That would be a lot to ask.

The old version worked great but had lackluster looks. Version 1.4 is much more attractive . Very helpful for timing the best light, figuring out when wrap will be and bumming out DPs .

however, it has been crashing on startup with the new update on iOS 10.3 for iPhone 5 - disappointing to say the least, though I hope everyone else is being well supported. (June 2018) Thank you developers for your hard and caring work.

The app does not state when magic hour begins and ends, though it is supposed to. It's stuck on 7:30. I tried contacting them, but never received and answer.

Love the alarm options, but like others have noted, it'd be perfect with an option to save other locations and download data for offline use (for those woodland hikes without cell service!) My tiny gripe/request: can we change our location backgrounds?

Looks like a nice app, but it would only work if I let it have access to location data even when app is not running. I don't really want the developers to be able to track my whereabouts 24x7. If they allowed the permission to only use location when app in use, then I'd still be using it.

I have been using magic hour for over three years. It has always been a five-star app. Only thing I would change, is the ability to look up information on alternate locations, other than the location you're currently at.
