Good game but completely drains my battery

For some reason only playing like 15 minutes of this game drains over 25% of my battery, and my iPhone has 94% battery health. Maybe some optimization needs to be fixed with the app. Overall I like this game because I have no local people to play magic with and this is a decent alternative, fix the battery issue and I rate this game higher.

Freezes, Crashes, and Deletes Decks

The update deleted all my decks. So I remade one and things were going well with it but after closing the app and then reopening it, that new deck was deleted too. Now, with the recent iPhone update, the app won’t even open. It freezes at the title screen.

My card’s special abilities don’t work. Then opponent’s card’s special abilities do extra stuff the the card doesn’t say. It’s just infuriating to play

Great game. The only problem is my phone (iPhone 11) turns into a hand warmer whenever I play it. You pretty much need to be plugged into a charger when playing, because the game will go through your battery super quickly

I love love loved this app; my partner lives overseas right now and we use games as a way to stay connected. We loved using this app and the deck builder was such a great piece to this game app. However, recently it deletes all our saved and created apps and we have to go back and spend a good chunk of time rebuilding a deck and due to our time difference we don’t get to play as long as we’d like together. I wish this bug would get fixed and it would stop deleting our made decks or else this app would be amazing.

I love the game app but the problem it uses too much power on the phone it will over heat and use too much battery juice....

This is the best way to play mtg! We need the app to be resupported! Since the app lost interest to wizards every card and avatar has been made available without earning them and the ranking system has been removed. I would like these things back. I haven’t stopped playing this game since I first downloaded it and believe it to be the best path foreword to keep mtg relevant. Please resupport the app or build a new one with improvements. I.e. phone power drain issues could be fixed. I personally would be fine with the game being more freemium in essence. In many ways that’s the way the card game has been since its infancy.

I used to love this app!! At least bring back rankings, I don’t need free points, but at least give me a reason to play..

They screwed over the most loyal fans

If you’re a loyal fan and you spent money on this app, you are completely screwed over now. Lots of bugs as well for instance vamp gets +1 +1 for each creature in the graveyard is broken it doesn’t add counters. This is one of my favorite games but there’s no way I can trust Arena now. Was thinking about switching over but there’s no way now.

While I agree that this update gave players a chance to try all the cards in play, it defeated the entire purpose of quests, opening a pack of cards, and several other ways to gain cards. It took the motivation out of the game. So I hope that it can be mended soon, so that it can once again be a highly enjoyable game
