Why is app so much harder to use than website. Macy’s is not the only one, but at this point in the 21st Century one expects a seamless experience. Mobile shopping is just a drag.

It is so easy to use and so convenient. I love how all is right at hand to make. Purchase from coupons to payment to reviewing the order adding or deleting items as necessary. I also love the convenience of making my payment from where ever I am . Is so easy... i have lots of store aps on my phone and this is by far the best !!!!
