While shopping @ Willowbrook today, the day after Christmas, I received the worst customer service ever. Mary was the most rude sales associate I have ever encountered. When I approached the sales counter w/ a pair of Uggs and a pair of sandals, I asked if the Uggs were on sale. Mary said no, Uggs never go on sale and since I was asking for the mate to the sandals, she couldn’t help me since she was not the associate who was originally helping me. From there it went downhill. She wouldn’t even thank me for my purchase. #shameonmacys

While I love Macy’s, the app is way below what I expect. I shop online a lot. I can’t seem to actually purchase products from the app. It shows it goes through, but then there’s no record of it. If I go on the website and order stuff, my orders don’t show up on the app even tho I’ve signed in to both. Kind of frustrating. I’d say the app is kind of a dud. ☹️

Lots of potential for improvement. Shopping experience is not the same as in-store since the app doesn't show all of the promotions that are active in store. Also, the app has been running very slow lately.

I cannot tell if the app does this. I am trying to do store pick up and not any one store has what I need so I have to place multiple orders. I wish it removed it when the order was made so I could keep track better. Thanks
Macy’s has become my favorite department store
