A computer magazine app that makes it impossible to log on?

I purchased a digital subscription through the magazine webpage. It is literally impossible to log on to the app and read the magazine. An apple related magazine that doesn't function on apple products? Really? Ugh This is STILL happening. Update the stupid app I mean, does ANYONE read these awful reviews?
December Issue blank pages

Aside from all the other complaints listed, which I’ve experienced as well, now the December issue is loaded with blank pages except a few. Save yourself the trouble and money and subscribe to MacLife. Haven’t had any issues with them. And when reaching out to MacWorld, the responses are short and not helpful.
App needs HELP

Why with every new issue I have problems reading it. As for December 2017 issue, it DID download, better than last month, but when trying to view it I get a white screen. I deleted the issue and the same result, it shows it download, but white screen only trying to view. And I just got a renewal notice. Unless something improves quickly, this will be the end for me.

Honestly, I'm about ready to cancel my subscription. This "new" app has never worked right. Trying to get it to download a magazine is always a hassle. And now the December 2017 issue downloads blank pages! Seriously? Their website isn't much better, popping up ads all over the place. They still employ some of the best writers which is why I continue to put up with this crap, but if it doesn't improve soon it'll be bye bye Macworld.
Latest Issue Blank

Downloaded the latest issue tonight and it appears blank. Have deleted and restarted the device. Each time it is downloaded it appears blank, even the index page at the bottom is black.

Wasted money on a subscription. Can’t view publications. When opened it just shows a white screen. Deleted and restored multiple time. Subscription does not work on other iOS devices, only on the original iPad I used to start the subscription. This app is terrible and not recommended. Best part is, I can’t get my $20 back. 0 stars if I could for this unusable app.
December is all white pages

Deleted reinstalled nothing. All pages remain white. Paying for content not received. Less than one star for a bunch of white pages.

Suddenly I can’t seem to download the magazine. Seems to be stuck on restoring purchases. I’m. It gonna go through uninstalling and reinstalling. If this isn’t fixed I’ll just drop it and MacLife will be enough for me.
