Horrible Service

Today I had a horrible experience with a driver and have been trying all day to communicate with Lyft and getting the run around. They shut down the chat saying this issue was resolved. It wasn’t. Then I had to jump through more hoops to submit the issue, again. I have still not heard anything back. Contacted @AskLyft on twitter but given the run around and sent back to the web page. They say their drivers have to go through strict training and back ground checks but after the encounter with their driver Tomy in the San Fernando Valley area this can’t possible be true. Not only did Tomy fail to pick me but almost ran me over as he sped off from me. And then lied saying I was a no show. The only thing Lyft did was refund the money I was wrongly charged but no guarantee that this driver would be removed from the service. He is unsafe and un trust worthy and according to Lyft standers should not be driving with them but here we are. ? as long as they allow liar and cheats like Tomy to work for them I must say AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Takes way too long to find a ride

Sometimes it takes forever to find a ride eventhough there are so many Lyfts on the map and my destination is only 20 minutes away. The app will just show searching for driver for 20+ minutes, say it found a driver then immediately the ride gets cancelled. This has happened to me a handful of times and is super annoying.

My driver was great and it starts with the face of the company. Breann is a person I would hire at my company immediately. Lyft you are lucky to have her if all of your drivers are like her Lyft is in good shape. I all so have to be completely honest all I hear is everyone calling for Uber well I will never ever call for Uber it will always be Lyft and this is my first time ever using transportation. I have people to transport me. Heck I might start taking Lyft just for the awesome conversation. GREAT JOB LYFT AND GREAT JOB BREANN I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.
