Inflation of Prices

Prices are the worst since they became popular. $22 for a 10-15 minute ride. Thats over $1 a minute. Prices were so much more convenient before Lyft grew popular. Also, my ride arrival times are not always accrue which can turn a 5 minute wait for a driver turn into a 10 minute wait especially if the driver has no knowledge of the neighborhood. So unfortunately if my driver is taking longer than the initial 5 minute wait I am stuck with that driver or charged a cancellation fee because the ride was supposed to be 5 minutes out. I’m so disappointed in some policies. Still a decent app just not as great as before.

We just had our second baby boy this morning and were still at the hospital. We needed to pick up my Mother from the Airport who didn’t know where she was and had never used Lyft before. Mandisa not only helped her find where she needed to go , she loaded her luggage and everything!!! I wish more people were like her!!! Thank you so much!!!

My experience with the service has only been A1. Tracking from the initial request could be a little more accurate, but overall I’d recommend the service to anyone.

Lyft has better app and happier drivers. Like the purple Lyft sign that most cars have for more secure ID.
Can’t find some addresses

The app is decent with the exception that it won’t find a particular address (in my scenario) properly. I had to give the closest address available which wasn’t fair to the driver
