Poor navigation

I used a shared ride this morning and the ride was 5 minutes longer than it needed to be because I got picked up on one side of the train tracks and the other person got picked up on the other side. It would have taken either of us 30seconds to just be at the same location. This evening, I had to redirect the driver 3x bc the navigation from the app was wrong. In addition, there was a 13+ minute wait for a driver and after about 5-6 minutes, I got switched to another driver. Very frustrating and not efficient.

It’s not letting me log my number off my friends account after she had to sign in on my phone to hers... now every time i type my number in it’s her profile and she even tried to log back in on her phone and verify her number and it won’t change it back to my profile

Efficient when it comes to getting places but doesn’t really send any promos at all , like it would be nice to get one once and a while after using it for so long

Drivers cancel rides

Drivers cancel rides because the ride is not long enough so they won’t make as much money! Somebody needs to fix this issue

First driver never showed up. Repeated texts and calls went unanswered. Finally got in touch with Lyft after one hour. They cancelled so I could get another driver. Arrived in 3 min and was great. Spent an hour and a half waiting, not the best experience
