The time between my having searched for a ride and the driver arriving at my location has been under 5 minutes almost each time. The promotional discount was a great surprise as well!

Takes way too long for you to actually get picked up. Sometimes you wait longer than the ride itself. I waited 30 mins for a 20 min ride.

I have constantly ran across issues of drivers not coming to pick me up but pressing “pick up” and “drop off” as if they did. I have dealt with drivers not coming to pick me up and me still being charged. And I have most of all dealt with lyft charging me for rides I never took and it doesn’t show up on my ride history, but in my bank statements. It’s okay to use as a last resort, but otherwise not.

As much as I use this app, I feel as though I should be receiving far more discounts. There are competing companies with lower prices and I stay with Lyft, compensation for such loyalty would be appreciated.
