First car did not show and yet I was charged a late fee. I rebooked and fare was increase but driver did show up.

Does not always update driver location when waiting for pick up. Had to call driver to make sure he was on the way. Luckily the driver was very nice about it.

Lift algo’s have changed so that riders wait longer and longer. Tonight I’m waiting 12 min while I know there are closer drivers. I don’t have inordinate amounts of time to wait for you to balance your ride schedules. Lift needs to get it together or I’m going back to Uber!

I don’t like the fact that the prices go up constantly, while you are waiting. It went from $36 to $44, then to 55, once I finally got my Lyft it was $62, for the same distance.

I have never had to pay this much from airport to my house... a regular taxi would have been cheaper this time, but I was in a rush to get home that’s why I took it. It was a rip off The driver was excellent and kind fyi

I was quoted at $33.75 for a ride from my home to work but after I was dropped off at my destination which was the exact address entered $41.00 was deducted from my account. I will not use Lyft again or recommend.

It was such a great experience having a ride show up right at my front door with a big hello and smile this early in the morning.
