Could be better. – Lyft Review

I have constantly ran across issues of drivers not coming to pick me up but pressing “pick up” and “drop off” as if they did. I have dealt with drivers not coming to pick me up and me still being charged. And I have most of all dealt with lyft charging me for rides I never took and it doesn’t show up on my ride history, but in my bank statements. It’s okay to use as a last resort, but otherwise not.
