??I absolutely luv Lyft❣️ I’m a frequent rider Whenever Ive had a issue Lyft was on top of it before I could leave my destination the issue would be handle I never ride with any other company Also they give me discounts all the time

Why can’t we add cents in custom tips? My company only pay 20% so an even number shortens the tip

Lyft frequently changes drivers on me, ostensibly because a closure driver becomes available. But sometimes the driver can change 4 or more times, especially in NYC, and I can end up waiting more than 30 mins. That’s one. Two, I will not accept a driver less than a 4.7 For someone to have a rating of less than 4.7, they have to be pretty bad. Please consider modifying your software so that the system automatically avoids all drivers that are less the standard that I set. Thanks -A

I got my ride with a perfectly fine driver from MIA to Palmetto Bay however the Lyft app told me I was going to be charged $27 and when I checked after drop off I see I was charged $46! What is going on here?
