Last ditch effort

Over the last several years I have had several challenges physically, mentally, and emotionally. These challenges have really effected my weight (and not in a good way). I have tried everything. I had never struggled with weight issues before having always been active, running and doing triathlons and the like. I tried IF, LC, W30, WW…nothing was working. My doctors kept telling me to have patience. Well, after 6 years and high double digits weight gain, my patience was wearing thin! I found Lumen and received it as a birthday gift. I have only been using it for a week but, already my family is noticing a difference in the shape of my neck and face and I am noticing so much more energy. I am catching a glimpse of how my old self used to feel….and it gives me hope that I will get there. It is going to take time but I am finally seeing positive steps forward.

I have had my Lumen for 1 week and I have enjoyed learning about my metabolism and how the food I eat effects me. My goal is weight loss and I did lose 1lb. last week so I am off to a healthy start so far. The device is beautiful, sleek and well designed. I am impressed with the app so far as there is a lot of helpful information in it. It is a commitment to breathe into this thing several times a day but the info is needed within the first two weeks to gather the true data on how your body uses food for fuel. Overall I am happy with mine and look forward to learning more about it!

There’s definitely a learning curve to using Lumen but now that I’ve gotten the hang of everything; how it works, following the nutrition plan, measuring my breath throughout the day…this tool is helping me so much! I’m down 10 pounds and feeling amazing!
