Last ditch effort – Lumen - Metabolism Tracker Review

Over the last several years I have had several challenges physically, mentally, and emotionally. These challenges have really effected my weight (and not in a good way). I have tried everything. I had never struggled with weight issues before having always been active, running and doing triathlons and the like. I tried IF, LC, W30, WW…nothing was working. My doctors kept telling me to have patience. Well, after 6 years and high double digits weight gain, my patience was wearing thin! I found Lumen and received it as a birthday gift. I have only been using it for a week but, already my family is noticing a difference in the shape of my neck and face and I am noticing so much more energy. I am catching a glimpse of how my old self used to feel….and it gives me hope that I will get there. It is going to take time but I am finally seeing positive steps forward.
