App doesn’t recognize my Love’s card

Downloaded the app, went through the process of creating an account, get to the part to enter Love’s card and it doesn’t recognize the number...tried manually entering it and then tried scanning it...neither one works. Looks like more time at the pumps to get them going and more standing in line waiting to get a shower. UPDATE: decided to get a brand new Love’s rewards card and try that. It worked. So far, I’ve used the app to get fuel 3 times and it’s pretty cool.

Definitely could use a good app update to where you can reserve showers from the app and see what showers are available! Also would be nice to include how much parking the location as to offer!

Love this app but it’s not working after the last update. Shower button not there and messages won’t load.

Don’t use the app to often but when I do I get what I need from it. The only problem I have as of now is it tells me I have four messages but nothing shows up when I select the icon. Just a black screen.

Looking forward to the shower reservation. I found myself in need of a shower last week and with my 30 minute break fast approaching I popped into a PFJ for fuel and a quick shower. I opened the app for the first time in several months and all I had to do was update my mileage....BOOM. The generous rewards that Loves provides me with will keep me as a customer but that app really needs to not require so much repetitive info. Fingers crossed waiting on the update.
