I appreciate the shower check in through the app. At first there was an error with the app noticing my credits but it was fixed quickly before I would even reach out. I notice the effort of making the experience and convenience optimal. Thank you. Keep it up

Creating a new account

Even though I gave the app four stars dose not mean that I didn’t have issues trying to create the account. One of the cashiers at the love store that I downloaded the app from being over an hour trying to help me to get the account set up. The issue was that I had to have Wi-Fi in order to download and install the app and whenever I tried to install the appI couldn’t because I didn’t have Wi-Fi to connect even though I was trying to connect as a guest. Send me round and round and round and round and round. If you’re going to require Wi-Fi to create download install an app you need to make it possible for a client to get past the requirement for having Wi-Fi login do you download the app. Took way too much time at the store trying to get logged in and he was going to load a card of some kind on when you said that for the trip that I’ve been known he could upload all the purchases that I made for gas in other items into the account for the points. Now that I’m away from the store I’m not sure what I’m going to be able to do to load all those receipts. I did finally get the app loaded in the account I created because I had Wi-Fi here at my sisters house in Kingman AZ. I was able to complete the process in a matter of a minute or less with her Wi-Fi. on second thought maybe I should’ve only given the app one star because of all the palms a.m. and can’t see how to load receipts that has never been entered into a session with the app. But it does look like a pretty decent app and as much as we use Love’s hopefully it will come in handy down the road. Our home is quite a distance away from here. We live in Bixby Oklahoma.

I would like the ability to search for locations by amenities such as laundry and restaurant. Thank you for adding the shower reservation option. Also, when the home screen shows the next Loves location it’d be nice if the mileage to that location was listed.

No transaction feature

I have no transaction feature on my app. I’ve fueled up several times at a nearby Love’s and cannot figure out how to scan my phone and/or receipts. This is really annoying because I cannot get credit for my purchases.

What happened to the shower reservation?

Normally love this app. Use it to fuel. Love it more since I can reserve a shower. Can’t find it now! The icon isn’t there.

I was trying to sign up online and it doesn’t!!! Very inconvenient if ya ask me that’s not how you get customers, ya need to make things easier for your customers to be able to sign up and ya don’t.... your the only APP that I have come across that doesn’t let people sign up online... wish you would!!!
