App doesn’t recognize my Love’s card – Love's Connect Review

Downloaded the app, went through the process of creating an account, get to the part to enter Love’s card and it doesn’t recognize the number...tried manually entering it and then tried scanning it...neither one works. Looks like more time at the pumps to get them going and more standing in line waiting to get a shower. UPDATE: decided to get a brand new Love’s rewards card and try that. It worked. So far, I’ve used the app to get fuel 3 times and it’s pretty cool.
