Works for a bit, then crashes. I'm unable to use the app due to co distant crashing. I already once tried uninstalling and re-installing and lost my downloaded patterns.

The link to the "support" page for this app is useless--it just brings up a page that describes the app. There are no links or other information on it at all. They have no phone number, no address, not even an email address to contact them. The only method is to fill in a form on their web site and HOPE to hear from someone. I received the Hush product on January 25th and tried it out. The next day my phone updated the app, and now it is useless. It crashes constantly and loses the Bluetooth connection with the device every time you try to do anything with it (or even move it a little bit). So I hope I just have a faulty unit that they will replace, otherwise I spent $120 for a paperweight! UPDATE: Customer support DID email me and is trying to be helpful. They said they were going to put the previous version (which did work fine for me) back into the Apple Store, but so far nothing has changed--all you see is version 1.7.5, which is the broken one. Also, my Hush stopped working after about 1 hour of use. Now I t constantly disconnects every time you try to do ANYTHING with it; even the standalone mode features don't work for more than a second or two. I'm waiting for them to tell me how to exchange the Hush for a new one.

Very disappointed that this app continues to crash with the amount this product cost. If you can't fix a simple problem with the app then you're going to lose customers. Fix the problem.

Partially worked, at first. Now my Bluetooth won't even connect

At first I was able to use the parts of the app that just connected to Bluetooth, not the long distance. I was able to use vibration creations made by other people, I was able to make my own but when I tried long-distance from my wife's phone it didn't work. Now seemingly after an update which probably should have fixed the issues it is actually worse and the entire app doesn't work. My Bluetooth will not connect, it's completely charged and I deleted and reinstalled the app and it didn't work. I got the pink one for my wife but I don't even want to try to use it yet because I don't want to disappoint her. Please hurry up and fix this app

It was pretty cool, but when I was controlling it from long distance it kept disconnecting and connecting. Very annoying. Luckily it was just a test run

Worked well. Did the update and now won't log in. Continues to say username and or password incorrect. Then after several tries let's me in or locks me out. Better before "fix".

if you are like more than a foot or two away from your phone it will disconnect. the bluetooth technology needs to be improved

It would be nice if you could integrate the app with iMessage and or make a widget for easy use short and or long range. I really love the device and have had so much fun using it around friends and family with my play partner. The looks from across the room and small squirming is irreplaceable.
