Zero customer support! – Lovense Remote Review

The link to the "support" page for this app is useless--it just brings up a page that describes the app. There are no links or other information on it at all. They have no phone number, no address, not even an email address to contact them. The only method is to fill in a form on their web site and HOPE to hear from someone. I received the Hush product on January 25th and tried it out. The next day my phone updated the app, and now it is useless. It crashes constantly and loses the Bluetooth connection with the device every time you try to do anything with it (or even move it a little bit). So I hope I just have a faulty unit that they will replace, otherwise I spent $120 for a paperweight! UPDATE: Customer support DID email me and is trying to be helpful. They said they were going to put the previous version (which did work fine for me) back into the Apple Store, but so far nothing has changed--all you see is version 1.7.5, which is the broken one. Also, my Hush stopped working after about 1 hour of use. Now I t constantly disconnects every time you try to do ANYTHING with it; even the standalone mode features don't work for more than a second or two. I'm waiting for them to tell me how to exchange the Hush for a new one.
