Needs LOTS of work

Can't get music to work on the app. It tells me there's an error or just won't load music period. With the new update I lost my pattern downloads. This app needs serious work.

Remote works great as do patterns. Long distance with my friend was a just. It sortof worked but then it just seemed to stop or keep repeating the initial pattern. So cool yet so frustrating. Love the toy but please fix the app and prioritize for ios

Long distance is incredibly flakey and the connection between my phone and the toy are weak if the phone is out of my pocket. For some reason I can't play any music off Spotify either. It could use an upgrade.

Patterns don't work that you save, my partner cannot control my toy now from long distance, and it glitches. I WANT MY MONEY BACK if my partner cannot control this Bluetooth. Fix it.

Useless piece of app

This new UI looks nice - too bad the long distance function doesn't work anymore to try it. The old version was flaky at best. This new version is worse. This toy was not cheap, and is of no use without the long distance feature working. If the developers are listening - hire someone who knows how to make an app work. So fed up with this toy.

I have not had any problem with long distance. Everything was working great! Love it all. Except now that the update has happened it keeps asking me to relogin because of a data error. Haven't been able to get into the app at all

It's terrible. Every time there's an update it takes days to get it to work again. I have been trying to long in all day and it keeps saying there is a service error. I got it for the long distance feature. Save your money

The app says all the time network error. Tried with 4g, wifi, android and other iPhones. It crashes and doesn't let me do anything. On top of that support link sends you to a landing page with no support at all.

Edit regarding negative reviews: A lot of reviews on here talk about long range connectivity issues, etc. Most of these reviews are likely due to internet connection between devices and or cellular data connection. Don't let the negative reviews scare you, if you're mildly competent when I comes to internet quality and service, you'll understand. Original review: As an owner of more than three of Lovense Bluetooth toys, I have to say for the time spent I'm thoroughly impressed. While there's two separate apps for the series of toys, the company has done some seriously good work for being an indie funded one. As Max, Lush, and Hush owners, the wife and I enjoy a good bit of fun with these, and even sync up with friends across the country to continue the shenanigans. Bluetooth connectivity will depend on the phone but sometimes you can run into issues with the toy itself, I've only had the problem once, but if you experience a problem often these toys do have a warranty. And it's a pretty good one. Still drunk nights playing games online with friends is really awesome and usually ends with a bang. MY ONLY GRIPE IS NOT BEING ABLE TO GROUP SYNC. PLEASE ADD A GROUP FUNCTION. Other than that, we love these things!
