The took away all the stories I paid for just a couple years ago. Now you have to buy the story, then pay again for special choices. I’m done with them, this company does not know how to treat their customers.

Please create more pay to play routes instead of Love Choice. The stories that you can reread after paying that good old 4 dollars without having to go through another paywall for a happy ending. I would love to go back to buying the story and keeping it. I have played these games since I was 13 and now I am currently 18 (mind you I have spent well over $600 dollars on the apps). I love the games that the voltage team has put out, and I would love to give a higher rating due to all of the routes I have procured over the years. However, the Love Choice option kills my motivation to do so. It has been 2 years since mentioning that Voltage would remain P2P and that Love Choice would not stay, but the last 3 story lines have been Love Choice related, and it pains me. There were multiple cries from loyal patrons to stop this as it seemed like you all wanted to use us as a means of cash grabbing. Over $20 for a story to reach a happy ending is cruel. Some may be alright with it, but others, like myself, just want to pay for that $3.99 story again and keep it to reread and reminisce over. I want to support this app, I truly do, but with the direction it’s headed, many will soon start to leave as the sentimental value of the older P2P routes will lose its flare and the new products you are shelving out won’t have as much sentiment. I truly do hope that you will eventually listen to your customers.

Is there any way you can add an option to just buy the main story? I hate Love Choice and just want good old P2P. I used to spend so much money on this app. I really want to play the new stories but I refuse.

I’ve been playing this game for about 7 years, and it’s a great game to play, but they seem to be all about money now. First let me start by saying that love choice is the worst. It requires lots of hearts. Hearts for choices and hearts to skip the 5 minute wait to read the next chapter. You can only read love choice one time through and if you want to reread it you have to get more hearts. I’ve also noticed that they are taking old stories and creating them as new stories. There are several stories I’ve bought but when I go to read them it shows I have to buy them, and I know for a fact I previously purchased the story. Unfortunately love 365 is still the cheapest game of this type to play otherwise I would play a different game.

I’ve been playing Voltage’s stories since I was fourteen, and I’ve spent a ludicrous amount of money. Is there a way for me to redeem my past purchases to have full access to the stories I already purchased before this app was developed?

I used to love this app and the stories but you quickly realize all the stories are the same. The readers proxy is a flat character and hard to identify with a lot of the time and all the love interests have the same 5 personalities. Which would be fine except it makes all the stories pretty much the same. The app has gotten worse over the years. It now feels more crowded and thrown together. The front page is too busy, its not easy to find the story you are looking for. More stories are going to Love Choice which is disappointing. I’d rather pay for a story than play a Love Choice. Love Choice makes have a subscription pointless. Why pay monthly when I still have to pay to get hearts? Same with the VIP room that’s comes with a subscription, all the extras require money on top of the subscription fee. It’s just not worth it.

They have wonderful stories, and I give respect to them for their creativity. But the developers are money hungry, greedy, and just cruel! They originally had apps for each of their story’s! When they decided to consolidate all their stories into one app, they made it impossible for you to have access to any in game purchases you may have had. I pretty much purchased all of the chapters, for every character, in their story “dreamy days in west Tokyo”. Then one day I’m notified of the change, I try to transfer my information so I can have access, and it wouldn’t let me no matter what. Years of tryin to contact them for help. They email me recently that there is nothing they can do, if I want to read the story and all it’s versions again I’ll have to Purchase it again. Mind you it’s more expensive now!! So after years of trying to do one thing, and speak to someone, they wait till it’s not possible to not only transfer my books but tell me I have to purchase everything all over again. this is ridiculous, and absolutely bad costumer service. I have been a Voltage fan and Consumer since 2012-2013. I spent 100s of dollars on a lot of their books, and the fact that I ask, is it possible to at least give me access to all I lost for just ONE, of the stories I brought, and they pretty much tell me to kiss their ass, disgust me! You should be able to ether give credit or access to books that were purchased before the change, for customers with proof of purchase. Idk why they make it seem impossible, when it’s not. I honestly wish to move forward, and sue. It will do more damage as a class action, so Any one who is dealing with this and see that Voltage could care less about you or your waisted money, please contact me!!!! Thank you!
