I miss my old purchased stories :(

TL;DR: Love365 doesn’t give you back stories you’ve bought from Voltage Inc. before Love365 was created (and if it does, I have no idea how to get them back). I’ve been a Voltage customer for probably 5 years now, and decided to get Love365 a couple of months ago after seeing my regular apps were disappearing from the App Store. I initially thought “Great, I can get new stories and read ones I’ve previously bought!” Nope. I’m super irritated that despite having a GameCenter account that used to transfer purchases onto different devices so I could always read stories I’ve bought (even on a new device,) I instead lost all of the stories I’ve paid for in the past on Love365. I no longer have access to anything besides what’s occasionally put out for free besides 1 story i saved 400 coins for, and then have to choose whether I get to make a better ending choice and pay with hearts, wait 5 hrs for the next episode, or both. I don’t want everything I’ve previously purchased to go down the drain all because the majority of stories/apps got crammed into one mass library. I shouldn’t have to pay twice for stories I used to own. Please fix this and allow refunding or at least return of previous stories.

Aight so I bought a bunch of story routes a long time ago and just recently tried going through them again, but their respective apps just didn't work. So I saw this and thought hey maybe I can still go through the stuff I spent money on. Nope. I spent money on some of your stuff but now I'm not going to be able to get it back. So thanks. Thanks for taking my money and then taking away the stuff I paid for just to try to get more money out of me. I'm not coming back to anything made by you.

Love Choice is ridiculous

Getting real tired of this Love Choice nonsense. The whole reason I had faith in Voltage was because they never pulled the usual 'pay or wait' scheme. If you wanted a story, you made a purchase and it was yours to keep. Now with Love Choice you have to pay for coins, to buy tickets or whatever and you can pay to skip the time wall or wait a few hours to play again but you still have to pay anyway. The choices for the best outcomes cost substantially more than they even should and it's an obvious cash grab. Worst part is, even paying for their monthly membership doesn't exempt you. It's just all around disrespectful. This bs is why I walked away from Voltage USA despite loving a lot of their stories. I was already happy to pay and once again it feels like I have to pay to pay to pay and only then can I play. I'd honestly rather the stories cost a bit more or something to compensate because it'd still be better than the Love Choice that kind of leaves you ironically choiceless, especially when new character main story start with Love Choice and basically forces you to pay or not play at all. Looks like I'm gonna have to walk away from Voltage as a whole. Our support deserves better. My only consolation is that their are great otome games on Steam that don't blindside you or walk all over your support. Some of them are free and even better ones offer you all characters for a great prices. Check Steam out if you're looking for alternatives. It's PC but still sooo worth it.

I love this app but the one thing that I don’t like is how much it’s worth to buy a main story or if someone wanted to buy the whole series for a guy character and the only way to get coins is either by the login or buying coins with your money,but I’m not giving hate on the app I just think Voltage inc. it’ll be better if they could put the amount of episodes of a story (main story, sequel, epilogue etc.)thats how much the story cost (example:6 episodes His POV would be 6 coins) this would be a little bit better for new users or for everybody in general. Also thank you for the people(person) who made Voltage if y’all(you) can make this change,it would be helpful to all users.

Over the years of playing voltage inc games I’ve gone from 5 stars to now 3! Lovers choice!!! There are so many stories I want to read but can’t because of lovers choice. It’s just way to expensive to read those stories because I never go out of my way to collect hearts and two I’m not buying them for Major question spot that allows me to get the main ending out of one chapter when I have 13 more chapters to read through and do the same thing!! Don’t psych me up for a cool story then slam me with oh it’s lovers choice 20$ worth of hearts for one story when they used to be 3.99 each main story!! I personally think if your paying 8.99 a month you should be able to read those stories also. I’ve been paying for a subscription for a good 2 years now!! And played all the apps separately before the merged them into one. Honestly it seems more fair for those who constantly pay a month. And I know we get the free story passes but let me at least use it on the lovers choice and maybe make it a regular read!! I have money to throw around to things I appreciate and love but I’m not going to throw buckets down a shredder. Also please change the layout I liked it where I could see each series and click on them separately it’s so confusing now with the new main menu and searching for a series. Along with have a re download button that downloads all the stories you've purchased. so I’m not sitting there for 2 decades clicking on each story I own and re downloading them. It’s so time consuming specially when your a long time player and have bought almost every story from the apps when they were separate!! I just close the app out of frustration. I still love the app because it does help when I have my moods and just want to be alone or feeling not myself. It’s a nice read at night or when it’s raining etc. But all the changes and more money curve balls just makes it over all not enjoying. If you love your fans, followers and so forth please listen to what they say!

ENOUGH NEW TITLES! Update The Fan Favorite Characters!

Seriously this app is a must have for otome lovers. I have followed Voltage for well over 10 years, spent THOUSANDS of dollars and personal hours on their stories, and I have fallen crazily head over heels in love with several of their characters, BUT the last year has been absolute crap in terms of cohesion. Star Crossed Myth, one of the most incredibly amazing storylines Voltage ever released has went non-existent, an all time classic - Our Two Bedroom Story was canceled entirely, and new characters in most older stories only got one brief season whereas new titles are on their second and third! Roughly six new titles have been released in the last year, with only one of them being a true memorable success - Masquerade Kiss. Hands down, it is divine, and worth the love choice ridiculous mark up. The rest, does not even hold a candle to it. These rushed new releases take away from favorite storylines like Her Love In The Force - Toru Kurosawa for example was a HOT story last year that stirred a lot of people, I seriously held off reading the last chapter of his epilogue just so I would not be left without something to look forward to from him, but it has been a year, and he still has not gotten any further than a single first season, and yet his fellow characters are on their third season with countless new sub stories? REALLY?! I'm both angry and heartbroken about this! It's like my poor Shinra all over again! He was a fan FAVORITE of so many, and he never got his final season! It honestly has been YEARS that we have hopelessly been waiting for that closure! And don't even get me started on Takasugi from Era of Samurai never getting his final season either! RAWR!!! THE OUTRAGE! All these new titles being shoved out so quickly become jumbled disconnects in a sea of releases that really have deterred my interest from Voltage. I think I speak for the masses when I say I want to be attached to a small amount of stories that hold dear to my heart instead of a bunch of new hit and miss characters that are not memorable in the long run. I stick around for the following titles that still release updates: Her Love in the Force, Masquerade Kiss, and Irresistible Mistakes. And the hopes that these following titles will be updated: Star Crossed Myth, Enchanted in the Moonlight, True Love Sweet Lies, Dangerous Seduction, and Our Private Homeroom. I would REALLY like to see VOICED P.o.Vs already being a normal thing. Considering the insurgence of voiced content from other apps, Voltage is REALLY behind on picking up on this too. Readers love P.o.Vs, and they want to hear their guy's thoughts directly from him, so why not get that in their voice?

This game is so fun! I like that as the heroine you get to make your own decisions without having to pay money or spend coins unlike other games! You’ll love it! They have plenty of games!

Love Choice and gacha and cash grabs, oh my

Preemptively stating I love a majority of the (non-Love Choice) stories. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on Voltage, from the standalone apps and continuing on today. I’ve been sub’d to the VIP since it became available. There is a lot to love about Voltage Inc and despite the flaws I do recommend giving them a try. Updating my review because they changed the VIP room. Still giving a low rating because of their refusal to address complaints about the Love Choice system. Literally all they have to do is add an option to buy the story outright and a vast majority of people would be satisfied. I haven’t tried any of the new titles since Love Choice has been implemented (not even with their usual “collector campaigns”) I’ve been subscribed to the VIP service since it was an option, but I’m not sure I get any real bang for my buck. The VIP room no longer is just a preview section for Love Choice stories, but a room to collect/interact with Voltage Men (that you have to pay for) and also participate in events where you can collect images and stories (that you have to pay for AND collect in a Gacha-style game.) Events can cost upwards of $100 USD to collect everything, and in collections of 32 items, only 6-10 of them are stories. Typically RNG isn’t on your side and you’ll end up with all the common non-story items before you can complete the rare and super-rare story collection. A vast majority are items to dress up the Voltage Men that you may or not may not even own in your VIP room. Imagine paying 3.99 for a roll in an event and receiving a background image for a character you have to pay 3.99 to unlock, in a feature you pay 8.99 a month to participate in. Now imagine being expected to do that 32 times trying to get 6 limited edition stories that are actually very good, but usually only one chapter long. That’s paying the price of a main story route (and a monthly fee, I cannot stress that enough) to have the CHANCE to read one chapter and not even being guaranteed a story. Both are interesting ideas and I enjoy logging on every day to level up the characters I own, but I feel like I’m paying a monthly fee to... have the chance to spend more money? It’s burning me out really quickly and I find myself taking longer and longer breaks from Voltage because it’s just not as much fun or enjoyable anymore. Checking the schedule and seeing a bunch of VIP events and Love Choice updates and fewer and fewer updates to titles I care about is disheartening.
