Great but...

Some of the stories don’t have sound can you guys please fix this glitch? I love the app though but I’d like there to be background music playing

There was a time I didn’t have access to the stand alone apps because my phone and laptop were down. I’ve been playing voltage games since I was about 12-13 and when I finally manage to get back online to see about downloading the games i find i can’t because they’re gone. I couldn’t even see about getting code for the transfer to use this app and was therefore sorely disappointed. It’s a shame. These were my favorite games— especially baddest bidder and close to you who’s transfer code I DID have because of a younger cousin using my google play acc but I still was unable to transfer it’s data— and not being able to play anymore without starting all over and paying for everything AGAIN due to getting no email warning about it actually frustrates me to no end. They asked for our emails at the beginning of each game but couldn’t use that to send us emails about the transfer. Such a shame. THANKS FOR STEALING ALL MY PARENTS MONEY THOUGH!! LADRONES!!

I used to own almost all of the individual voltage apps. That being said I had owned a lot of the stories. At on e point I had to delete them off of my phone to have more memory. So now I have a phone with a bigger storage space and I find out all the apps are combine. Which is great for memory and they're all in one place. But now if I were to read something I bought in the past I'd have to buy it all over again.. I did a data transfer but that didn’t really do anything since it’s a whole new app. That is the only con I can really think of.

I’ve followed voltage games since almost the beginning and while I love all the new stories they’re made not having the option to buy the new stories all at once really makes it hard to read their new stuff. I really hope they’ll go back to buying full stories instead of paying episode by episode even if it makes the full story price a little higher

All new stories r side stories not main ones so you have to have characters you really like to keep the pass. They charge you hearts which cost money to participate in vip room which used to be free to pass holders. All new main stories also require hearts. Monthly access pass does not provide hearts to play new stories. App ok but monthly access pass looses its value over time better off using those $9 for hearts

When these were separate apps and games, I spent money on the different stories, in this version I have to rebuy the stories. It’s a shame because I love these stories however I can’t spend money on them again.

I absolutely love interactive stories that tug at my heart and bring a smile. I like the direction they are taking, and the stories they create are imaginative and fun. Nothing is ever perfect, but I think this is pretty darn close. Keep up the great work! Teresa from Texas

WHY, VOLTAGE?!

I’m certain I made a transfer data account many years ago, but I have no idea what the password would be, because it was so long ago that I made the account. All I wanted to do was read Love Letter from Thief X: Takuto, where I had spent HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS in my teen years working part time for the stories. Now, the original Thief X app no longer works with iPhone X, so I can’t transfer the data the way I used to be able to: through the App Store. It is so frustrating. Any other company would have a way for you to reset your password. Why not Voltage? I dunno, I guess they just want you to give them every cent you make. I used to love this company, now I cannot recommend them, solely for this reason. (In case it is just an issue with the app: Every time I put in my email and the password I’m sure it should have been—given the timeframe I made that account—I get an error that says “Could not transfer data”.)

I like your app I have the app for about three years and I like the new features the secret boyfriend but the story’s I read them all and they repeat them selves each time I play the secret boyfriend I know it will be a story I all ready read and about the mouthy story I love the ideas I love the story but I really want to see some of the old story’s and maybe change them every two weeks not every month love your app keep up the good work
