Used to love this thing

I used to love this app. Have spent more money then I care to admit on it. However lately I keep having an issue where it won’t load all the way and everytime it changes chapters it won’t connect with my internet even though literally everything else on my phone will. It’s frustrating and makes it not fun to mess with anymore.

I love this app so much. The stories are all so good. I play it everyday. It’s pay to play and worth it. There is every kind of story, fantasy, historical, slice of life and action. There are also stories for adults. I get tired of the “Princess” and virgin stories. I’m middle aged, so at this point I can better relate to stories of women in their 30s with jobs. Best app ever!

I love the stories. Before they put them all on this app I had the apps for every story. I spent a crap load of money on them and enjoyed being able to go back and read the ones I had already purchased. When I saw that they were all going to one app I thought it would be great. The biggest problem is none of my purchases transferred. Again I spent a crap load of money on these apps. Now I feel like I have been robbed. When I first downloaded it I went ahead and purchased the VIP access because I figured I would be reading a lot. I went in the app a few times after that and then I took a break. When I take breaks from things it is usually for 6 months or more. I still let the VIP access go through my apple account though because I knew I would be back. When I finally came back I noticed my stories were not transferred over. I decided to go on the other apps and they are all saying contact customer support. I decided to read transfer info on line and I have found out that we had a short period of time to transfer our data over or it would be gone. I’m pretty upset that I lost all of my stories. I was not told of this. I did not get an email even though they have my email. I spent way to much money and now I have nothing to show for it. I also have to spend way to much on a new story now. This Love choice thing they added is a joke. One of the things I loved about this company over the others was that I could purchase my story and read through it with out any interruptions. Then I could buy the next story and read through it. I never got interrupted by not having enough points or tickets to move forward or by having to dress my dumb avatar in order to pass a hotness check. My point is you used to be amazing and I promoted you a lot with my friends now I can’t stand to look at you. You make me sick. You steal our stories that we have already purchased and then add dumb crap like love choice. I have a feeling I will be deleting everything soon. I really don’t want to but every time I open the app I start to feel sick because of all the hate I am feeling. I do not like my things stolen and that is exactly how I feel when I open it

Not really about this app, but...

I have played a few other of their games and invested time and money into them. I had not played them in a while then suddenly the app no longer worked and everything was gone. Guys if you play these games try to be very rational because sometimes it feels like you’re just losing money. I gave it three stars because yeah I like the stories and characters, but in the end I lost a lot.

Boring if you can’t pay

I really liked Voltage’s app Lovestruck, so I thought I’d give this app a whirl. However I was gravely disappointed in the fact that unless I pay money for the hearts, the romance between the MC and the romantic interest doesn’t really progress. I was hoping it’d be like Lovestruck where the romance would still progress, but I’d have to wait some time. But in this app, it seems unless you have the money to pay for hearts, you just have no choice but to deny every move at a romantic step forward, alas you can’t really progress much, making the game pretty boring unless you can pay for it :/

Never got to transfer my data

The old apps are no longer working and I never got to transfer all my purchases from the old apps to the new one. Don’t get me wrong I love the new app, but I never could get a hold of anyone to transfer all my purchases from the other apps. So now I am having to purchase again what I had already purchased in other apps. The app itself is great, very smooth and easy to understand just wish the transfer could have happened for me.

I love this app! Every day I am enjoy another story! I wish they would update the main stories as much as the special stories but still love it all the same!!

Some of these stories are highly inappropriate and seem to support the idea of rape. While some stories are respectful and sweet, others promote the idea that if you assault a woman long enough, no matter how many times she says no, she will give in to your desires. That’s not romance. That’s rape.

You guys should work on valuing your customers more! I spent hundreds of dollars over the years when you were starting out and always shared you with friends, and then when I was gone for a while, I come back to find I’ve lost all the money I spent on stories because you switched to love365 and I missed a “transfer period” even though I contacted your support with receipts they wouldn’t help me. Disgusting. I have not spent a cent on your company since. And neither have any of the people I’ve brought to you as customers. Shame on you, even when you opened the cafe app before love365 was a thing, you only provided tickets to recently bought stories, another way you screwed over your loyal and older customer who built you up.

This is a fun game it’s really kinda addicting! But I do have one problem!! I bought a bunch of one series and turned my phone off. I went back to see it had restarted...? I thought it would have all my stuff but when I went to the second episode it said I had to pay for it AGAIN!? I just wasted my money? How come it’s like that??
