Love how easy they make rbis app to use. The premium feature are the best. Being able to plan meals the day ahead saves me so much time during a hectic day. Tracking more that just calories is great. I can even track my daily fiber intake. I’m really happy I have this app.


Actually Loosing Weight!

I always love reading reviews to better understand the app, and if it is worth it! Well I can happily say that I have lost 8 pounds using this app within 2 weeks!! Counting your calories really works, they give you great meals with low calories and workouts as well! Totally worth the money!

Great app and the best so far. Few notices; it is complicated to get to see the recipe from My Food list. You have to go back to the meal ideas and then there’s no search bar so I don’t know how can someone gets back to the recipe. It would be good if the ingredients are listed as individual items. So you can delete any items and adjust the recipe. It would be great if we can recipe suggestions to fit the meal calories goal

Way better than MFP

I’ve used MFP for two years now and just switched to Lose It. It works so much better and information for food and restaurants seems to be way more accurate!!

I love this app, and it’s really great. Easy simple way to enter food, and if you go premium, it’ll basically track everything you need. I also enjoy the visual in the bar. But it recently updated its scanner and it works awful! The majority of the time it reads the food as soda. App developers; go back to the old scanner it works much better Also, I wish you could set your calorie intake. I wanted to lower my calorie intake, so I had to put a much lower age. Over all, good app.. but hope they fix the new glitch soon!

This Lose it app is just great. It’s extremely comprehensive and adaptable and enables food and exercise recording/ tracking easily and enjoyably. It has what seems like unlimited foods built in plus an easy way to add and track your own foods. This includes nutrients and calories. The exercise part is adaptable to any exercise. There’s a weight chart and goal tracking. You can set notifications to remind you to input what you’ve eaten and exercise done and that is very helpful. There are even many additional features available I’m planning on using more. Thus app just plain fun to use in addition to being workable and effective.

Tell the app how much you want to lose and by when, and current weight and it calculates a daily net calorie intake making suggestions for amount per meal or snack. Search feature includes many brand name and restaurant foods, and homemade food ingredients so is easy to determine calories per meal or snack. Also good data on different types of exercise (negative calories). Best part of app is learning calories in different foods and exercise so eliminates tendency to under estimate calories eaten and over estimate calories expended in exercise. Allows you to make smart choices.
