I had the free version and upgraded to Pro. I exported the data but it has been impossible to import to the pro version. Don't buy until they fix it!!!
What happened?

I’ve been using LockBox Pro for years and go to it regularly. Went to it today and was told my code is incorrect. I didn’t change it! I know my code. I tried changing it, but since my code does not work, I can’t. Tried other codes—even though I know my code. None work. Now I can’t get to any of my data. Last backup was a while ago. Why did this suddenly happen? Will be looking for a different app now.

The import export feature is not user friendly and the app has not changed in years.

Lost my I phone. Along with that went all the passwords stored in Lock Box Pro. When I bought new i phone , icloud set everything very nicely exactly as it was in the old phone with data protected ,except one thing . Lockbox Pro.it was empty w/o PWs What is the point buying an App if i have to manually back up my data on a computer. Why do i need this app then. Worst App ever. ☹️

Import does not work and the free version garbles new info at a certain amount. Wish I had just switched to a new program and heeded the low ratings.

What’s the deal with entering a name of something and it comes back with a jumbled mess...$93&!&92@ how am I supposed to remember that? I must be doing something wrong... but I’ve been using it for a couple of years... and now it won’t let me store names.
What good is it if you loose it all when upgrading your phone!!!?

Just upgraded to iPhone 8 from 6s and all data in the pro version disappeared!!!! Find a different solution!!!

Recommended by my son. Tried repeatedly to put in new code and open and it repeatedly failed to open. Screen is very dark and difficult to read and there are not any instructions. Felt like I was dealing with a cumbersome archaic program.
