What happened? – LockBox Pro Review

I’ve been using LockBox Pro for years and go to it regularly. Went to it today and was told my code is incorrect. I didn’t change it! I know my code. I tried changing it, but since my code does not work, I can’t. Tried other codes—even though I know my code. None work. Now I can’t get to any of my data. Last backup was a while ago. Why did this suddenly happen? Will be looking for a different app now.
