I opened up lockbox pro to get a password and everything was blank. The password Icons were there but the information was gone. How do I get it back? Or is it time for a new App?

This is complete waster of time product. All my IDs and Password are in some foreign language now. No help from support all.. run away....
Not able to export data

I just bought the pro version and tried to export the data from free version to computer and then import to the pro version. It did not work.
Should transfer during phone upgrade...does NOT
No transfer - disappointing
It’s interesting that the FREE version of Lockbox transfers with a new phone, but the Pro version doesn’t. This is disappointing & does not make sense. This is a serious design flaw. I will be looking into competitive apps that do, in fact, keep data when upgrading phones.

I have had the lockbox Pro on my iPhone for a year, my iPhone died and I tried to transfer the data to the new lockbox Pro. Cannot import data, It is entirely too difficult to access I will not use it again if I can find something better. Henry M Handwerk

I’ve been using this app for a couple of years. I had no problems moving my information from my old iPhone to a new one. I have been very happy with the performance of this app and was surprised to see the lack of users and ratings.
Backup/Restore

Apparently I should have looked at reviews before purchase Pro. Same issue as have read, annoying problem with backup/restore. Just not happening which is one of the most important features needed. I see review from 2012. Would have been redflag having lots of PW’s to enter into new software. Any update in the next 20 years?
