Actual Free Workout App

I’ve tried using numerous “free” workout apps and this is the best one. About 90% of the “free” workout apps actually have a paywall to actually use it and the 10% that are actually free are just for calisthenics. This app is great for tracking workouts and looking at the database to learn new workouts. I give it a 5/5, hopefully it will remain free.

This used to be perfect. Only problem is that they don’t have an Apple Watch app for tracking my workouts. Otherwise this would be perfect.

I wish you could change what tracking info is displayed at the top. Why does it ask the number of reps when it’s a timed plank? There are items that ask for a time and it’s a rep move.... I don’t need ALL the optional tracking items, I just want to see the one(s) I used

I enjoy the app. The fact that there are so many programs that you can use for free and track progress. I also enjoy the fact that people can encourage you and your progress. It helps keep you motivated.

I look the app and how easy it is to track your workout. I had used it for a while then stopped because of the issues on an iPhone. The bugs have been fixed and working good again so back to using it an a regular basis.

This app is great. Easy to use and navigate. Has a ton of features and plenty of exercises to choose from. One thing I wish they’d add is a way to choose an exercise you do frequently or did recently.

This needs to be updated. Every time I use the app it crashes in the middle of my workouts and makes it difficult to stay on track and not have my lift interrupted.
