Bodybuilding.com All Access is a content subscription service that includes over 50 premium fitness plans created by world-class personal trainers, athletes, and experts. Every plan features informational videos, daily workouts, nutrition guidance, and expert supplement advice, with new plans and courses added every month. While several plans have dedicated apps like this one, please visit Bodybuilding.com to view the complete suite of subscriber's only content.
All Access includes two subscription options: $8.99 per month or $89.99 per year. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. No refunds will be issued after the annual subscription fee has been charged. Your annual or monthly subscription will automatically renew within 24 hours at the end of each subscription cycle. You can cancel auto-renew and manage your subscription at any time by tapping "Manage Subscriptions" within the app. Please view our Terms of Use for further information: www.bodybuilding.com/fun/all-access-terms-conditions.html.
This workout will push you if you follow the plan workout, nutrition, and supplements like no workout I have ever done. I am sure the results will follow.
Program is excellent thus far, but the app needs to sync with workouts done on BodySpace, since there is no tracking in this app.
No need to respond to tell me that it takes 3-6 months to create the content. I get it. The original business model was a “free” model (aka freemium) in which a user signed up for access and then, in return for the content, you received our information that you could presumably sell for advertising or other informational purposes. Now, you decide to charge $9/month to the same users that did not agree to those terms. So, you take our information and, whether you choose to or not, could use our information to generate revenue. Now that that revenue stream is exhausted, you want to take money from us too? Like others, I am angry and would never recommend your company to anyone ever again. The subscription model is fine if it was communicated properly. This “double-dipping” behavior is going to be the reason why you will fail to create loyalty among your consumers. To me, this was a very dishonest business move.
Just started and the plan and research behind it seems great. One thing I would like to see added is a sample grocery list. I’m assuming most people who use this plan are beginners/intermediate level like me. I could use some help understanding what to purchase and how much for a week. I know that the sample menus are there but just for convenience sake it’d be cool to have a list.
Liked the black background better, wasn’t so bright. Great so tho literally everything you need to get right.
Just, holly sh*t! Is all i have to say, get ready for some truly challenging weeks, get ready!
Works great. Only two issues. Can’t print through phone/iPad on app. Also, would be best to have a rep/weight counter inside the app, with a timer for cardio accelerators. I’ve been using another app for that.
Used to be free, but the content is amazing. Just wish it had an Apple Watch so when I work out I don’t need my phone on me.
Boooooooo. I get it. It costs money to make things. But subscription based is not the way to go. I just want this content and not all the other things. So change me a flat rate just for Shortcut to Shred content.
