This app is great for updating your LiveJournal blog. It's clean and easy to use. Two suggestions: the ability to add mood and music, like the web version. And the ability to change sharing status. If you have it set to share automatically to Facebook or Twitter, you can't toggle that off. There are toggles for sharing, but they are overruled by your default settings. You can change these things on the web version before posting. Otherwise, really nice app.
App doesn't refresh/update

If I could give this app zero stars, I would. The app was great TWO versions ago. Then that version was no longer supported. The app that followed was not great, but functioned reasonably well. This new app? I can't access messages, can't see notifications, can't see my friends list view, nor my communities list. It's horrible and I've gone back to using the browser again.

What is happening with this crappy app? It seems to be getting worse with every update/new release. My feed won't refresh, and I can't post... the two most important parts of LJ. No point at all. I used the old app as long as it would let me, but now there's just no option at all.

The app is a complete waste of time. It shows you your feed and that's about the extent of what you can do. I tried searching for a blog and clicking through a link provided and the app glitched and took me back to the search bar. Save yourself the headache and stick with the mobile website.

This app doesn't work. You cannot see your feed any longer. It does not let you see friends' journals. That means it doesn't work!

It's obvious LJ doesn't care about its app, seeing as how it never updates. I'm sure this review will fall on deaf ears, but whatever. When I look at my blog I hate that it deletes breaks and makes it look like a clunky paragraph. I miss being able to lock the app with a passcode. Basically this app needs an overhaul it will never get. Also my BIGGEST complaint is that posts made from the app are like double spaced. I hate it.

How can you update an app and so poorly fail at ruining it?? This was one of my faves. I can't view my journal, can't login or logout, the font is now 1/4 the size, it is terrible!!!! Please fix this or I'm going to have to find a new platform. Been using the old one for 5 years and loved it. Now I can no longer properly access it on my iPhone. Really? That's the best you can do?
New version has bugs

Keeps giving me a server error and will not allow me to include a photo in my post. This is a great app, but update made it stop working correctly.
